2014/2015 season passes are now for sale. However, there are only 5 days left for this fantastic pre-season deal…  for only $49 down, lock in the lowest prices for next ski season.

The Epic Local pass is pretty attractive if you plan to come out to ski for a full week. At $549 for an adult, that works out to $74/day, plus you get 6 buddy passes and ski with a friend discounts. In addition, you can use the pass to ride up the lifts in the summer for mountain biking or hiking on the mountain, which we have done often at the Canyons Resort.  That’s a nice perk to take advantage of summer adventure.

I am just providing info for you. I have no incentive from Vail Resorts or the Canyons to sell Epic passes.  Be sure to read the details on the Canyons website below – there are some restrictions on the Epic Local pass and a few others. Go with the full Epic Pass if you want to minimize restrictions.

It’s just simple – the per day cost of skiing is much lower with the Epic pass than buying a ticket each day for $107 at the Canyons ticket window, provided you ski 6 days or more in the season.  You also get access to 10 other resorts, including:  Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, Beaver Creek, Heavenly, Kirkwood, and Northstar.
